In case of unforeseen situations like, quantity shortage,inaccuracies, error while placing the order, identification of fraud, delay of more than 3 days in payment of your order and any discrepancies detected your order will not be accepted and will be cancelled. The company might require certain information to complete the order or for verification purposes if buyer fails to provide that order will be cancelled. COD orders will be canceled if the customer does not confirm the order when the call is made before dispatch of the product.
Cancellation by Customer:
If you cancel the order before the product is shipped, we refund the entire amount. However, if you cancel the order after the product is shipped but not delivered contact Customer Support and inform them of the same. In addition to this, if the product is delivered and then you want to cancel, you will be eligible for replacement. Only in cases where the delivered product is defective, unused, and box is seal packed a refund will be issued.

In case of damaged goods you need to contact us within 24 hours with the image of damaged goods. The defective product will be picked first and a replacement for the same will be shipped after that immediately.
