In case the customer is unhappy with product quality or the product isn’t what customer expected, it can be returned. However, the refund/replacement request should be raised within 3 days. In case of damaged goods the request needs to be made within 24 hours with the image of damaged goods. Failing to do so, the customer will not be eligible to claim a refund/ replacement. Items returned by the customer must be unused and the tags and the packaging must not be tampered with. If any of these conditions aren’t fulfilled product will not be accepted for return/replacement.
Refund will be credited to the customer after the team of experts confirms that product suffice all the parameters.
Note: Refund for a product will only be issued if the product is unused and you have the original box with the invoice.

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Generally, refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cash on Delivery, it may take a few extra days. Replacement will be done once product is picked.
